Unfortunately, still no camel ride for me. That's k though, I'm not too worried about it. Maybe this weekend. So from where I left off... The dig. The best part about it by far was living in Petra for a month. Actually we did't live within Petra proper; thats not allowed anymore. But we did live about fifty feet from the back gate, in a sheikh's house in Um Sayhoun, the bedouin village at Petra. It was dope. Sorry gotta bounce an old roommate from vancouver just flew into amman from istanbul so I gotta head into downtown and meet him, stoked to see another familiar face whaaaa!
